WHY ISN'T THE HELMET SHOWING UP ON MY COMPUTER?

Plug the helmet directly into the computer. Low power USB devices like keyboards do not work. Also make sure you have powered the helmet on after connecting it. Check that all connections are secure.

HOW DO I DELETE OLD VIDEOS?

While the helmet drive is mounted on your computer, simply drag your videos to the trash or recycle bin and empty the trash or recycle bin to make room for new videos.

WHAT DOES THE RESET BUTTON DO?

In severe cases of the hardware not working you can try to reset the helmet’s firmware. By inserting a pin into the reset interface, you will restore your helmet to factory settings and erase all your saved video content.

IF I BREAK THE CAMERA, CAN I REPLACE IT?

HOW DO I SHARE MY VIDEOS ONLINE?

Bult Helmets record in share-ready AVI format. You can readily share your videos with all the major social media networks without the need of formatting.

YOUR HELMET WON'T STOP BEEPING OR BLINKING

Your memory card may be full. Make sure you delete your videos and also empty the trash or recycle bin before unplugging the helmet. If the light continues to beep or flash, simply use a paper clip or pin to press the [RESET] button between the [POWER] and [RECORD] buttons.
